We receive numerous requests for custom design layouts. Custom design layouts can require hours of work and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. Some design requests will require a deposit due to the complex nature of the customization involved. If your request falls into this category, we will notify you. Black Cat Custom products are custom made to order. Most orders require 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) for preparation and 2-3 days for shipping. Actual production and shipping times may vary. A shipping notice with a tracking number will be sent via email when your order is ready to ship. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at 1-866-943-8641.

Shipping within Canada is $12.00 Cdn. Due to the custom nature of our products, all Sales are Final. If the product proves to have a manufacturing defect, a replacement product will be sent. (Please contact us for specific warranty information.) No Refunds will be given on custom designs. Items marked as "Special" can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund as long as they were not installed or damaged. Please call us at 1-866-943-8641 prior to returning any product. What data do we collect and how do we use it?
Black Cat Custom Automotive collects and processes information about you in order to:- process orders submitted by you; - correspond with you regarding your order - send you information we think you may find useful, including information about new Black Cat Custom products and services.
You may be asked, either when you order with us, either online or if you place a phone order for information about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number. In addition, when you order our products or services by telephone, we will need to know your credit/payment card number and expiration date. If you order online, your credit card information is not passed to us.
